Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within Singapore. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping.
Shipping Rates
For Domestic Deliveries nationwide, we adopt the following shipping pricing policy:
- Flat Rate: S$2.50 per order
- Free Shipping: For orders S$80.00 or more (after discounts)
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart total after all discounts are applied.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
The cut-off time for orders to be processed is 22:00 (GMT+8) Singapore time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days (Mon-Sun).
Shipments are handled by our logistics partners and delivered within 1-3 days (Mon-Sun).
Thus, total delivery time usually takes 2–5 business days altogether.
We ship using the following local courier services:
- SPX Express
- NinjaVan
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:
- Unit number (if applicable)
- Postal code
- Contact number
We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed Deliveries or Re-delivery
In the event of a missed delivery, the courier may contact you directly to arrange redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
