Centered around the legendary planet Thunder’s Edge, this expansion introduces a new focal point for the endless struggle among the great factions of the galaxy.
New factions enter the fray with distinctive abilities and playstyles, while fresh worlds await exploration—or domination. A series of Galactic Events dynamically alter the flow of play, ensuring that no two games unfold the same way.
The expansion also features Twilight’s Fall, a bold alternate mode where players take on the roles of mad Mahact kings, crafting custom factions from the remnants of fallen empires to wage a desperate war for supremacy. With unique mechanics and components, this mode reimagines the scope and strategy of Twilight Imperium into an almost entirely new experience.
